What the app does
Two ways to delete. Tap-select individual posts if you know exactly which 2017 opinion is the problem, or run a bulk job filtered by date range and keyword if you'd rather not read any of it again.
It covers posts, likes, reposts, bookmarks, and accounts you follow.
One thing it doesn't do: your deep archive. X's API only hands any tool your most recent ~3,200 items per type. Going further back needs your X archive .zip, and uploading a multi-gigabyte file is a desktop job — do that part on getxwipe.com. The app tells you when you've hit that wall instead of quietly stopping.
Same account, same credits
Sign in with X and you're in the account you already have. Credits bought on the web work in the app. Credits bought in the app work on the web.
One credit deletes one item. Credits never expire, and nothing renews — in-app it's $3.99 for 100 credits, or $48.99 for 2,500 if you're wiping the lot. Full breakdown in the pricing section.
Deletion happens on our servers, not your phone
Start a job, lock your phone, go to lunch. The queue runs on XWipe's servers, so nothing stalls when the app closes or your signal drops.
That's mostly about X's rate limit: roughly 50 deletions every 15 minutes, per account, for every tool that touches the API. About 5 hours for 1,000 posts. No app can beat it. An app that deletes on-device just makes you sit and watch it.
Privacy: the app never sees your password
Sign-in goes through X's own OAuth screen. XWipe never receives, never asks for, and never stores your X password. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest, and we keep post IDs to run the job — not the content of your posts.
Revoke access from X's settings whenever you like and the app goes dark.

- Tap Sign in with X and approve on X's screen.
- Pick a type, set a date range or keyword, start the job. Watch the counter or close the app.
