1. Service Description

XWipe is a bulk tweet deletion service by BestDid Technology Ltd. We provide tools to mass-delete your tweets, retweets, likes, bookmarks, and followers from your X (Twitter) account. The service is accessed through getxwipe.com and requires authentication via your X account.

2. Account Terms

• You must have a valid X (Twitter) account to use XWipe.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• By connecting your X account, you authorize XWipe to access and delete content on your behalf as directed by you.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

XWipe offers a free tier with 100 deletions and paid subscription plans for higher volumes:

• Free: 100 tweet deletions, no credit card required.
• Paid Plans: Subscription plans with increased deletion quotas, billed through Paddle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

4. Payment

All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected by price changes until renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to delete content from accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or any security measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with XWipe outside of normal usage.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.

6. X API Dependency

XWipe relies on the X (Twitter) API to perform deletions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service if X changes, restricts, or discontinues their API. Rate limits imposed by X may affect deletion speed. We are not responsible for any limitations or disruptions caused by changes to the X platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

XWipe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tweet deletion is permanent and irreversible — we are not responsible for content deleted at your request. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestDid Technology Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using XWipe at any time by disconnecting your X account and cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
