XWipe Help & Support

XWipe bulk-deletes tweets, likes, reposts, bookmarks, and follows on X (Twitter), on the web and in the XWipe iOS app. It is not a phone photo-cleaning app or a swipe gesture.

Most questions come down to one thing: X limits deletions to about 50 every 15 minutes, so large jobs run in the background over hours or days (as of June 2026). Below are the fixes and guides people need most.

Credits & account

XWipe sells deletion credits, not subscriptions (as of September 2026): 100 for $4, 500 for $15, 2,000 for $49, 5,000 for $99. One credit deletes one item, credits never expire, and new accounts get 10 free deletions. Questions about billing or your account? Contact support.

Quick answers

Why does deleting take so long?+

X limits every tool to about 50 deletions per 15 minutes (~4,800 per day, as of June 2026). XWipe paces large jobs within that limit and runs them in the background, so a slow counter is normal, not a bug.

Do I need to upload my X archive?+

Only if you want to delete posts older than your most recent 3,200 — that's all X's API exposes. For recent cleanup, Quick Delete reaches everything without an archive.

Is XWipe a photo-cleaning app?+

No. XWipe bulk-deletes tweets, likes, reposts, bookmarks, and follows on X (Twitter) — on the web and in the XWipe iOS app. It does not clean phone photos.
